Our Team
ReEverything is guided by leaders with experience in nonprofit strategy, operations, finance, real estate, ministry, and creative work. Each brings a distinct perspective to the vision, and together they are helping shape a shared model built for long-term service, stability, and community impact.
Scott Waters
Executive Director,ReEverything
Scott Waters is a pastor with over 30 years in ministry, and a remodeling contractor for the last 20 of those years as well. He founded ReEverything as an innovative solution to the struggles and frustrations he witnessed in nonprofit leaders and their organizations stemming from inefficiency, instability, and isolation. Great leaders with great visions often deplete energy and other resources unnecessarily. Scott has had an emerging passion to preserve the value and usefulness of all things since his childhood. This is the vision that has become ReEverything. He wants to give every resource — people, space, goods, time, and funds — the most abundant present and future possible. Scott is an extremely grateful husband and the father of two adult daughters.
Jennifer Bingham
Interior Designer |Board Member, ReEverything
Jennifer Bingham is a self-employed interior designer whose career in real estate began slowly and grew to span vacation rentals and affordable housing. She is driven by something simple: Jesus' call to love God and love neighbors. That is what brought her to the ReEverything board, where she believes nonprofits should own their space so the money they raise serves people rather than paying rent. She describes her greatest and hardest work as raising her five children. Jennifer is a follower of Jesus, a wife, and a practical dreamer.
Steven Wray
President & CEO, SupplyExpeditors, LLC |
Board Member, ReEverything
Steven Wray has dedicated more than 30 years to strengthening how nonprofit organizations operate. His career began at SIM USA and grew through more than a decade in operational and financial leadership at Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) and as founder of Restore Global, a nonprofit that provides operational support to other nonprofits. He currently serves as President and CEO of Supply Expeditors, LLC. Steven also serves on the board of The Better Farms Foundation. He is a Christian on a journey to know Christ more, committed to living a life where actions follow convictions — and curious about the world every step of the way.
Mark Cook
Control Officer, MUFG |Board Member, ReEverything
Mark is a financial services professional with over 15 years in information and network security and risk management. An Army National Guard veteran, he holds degrees from Winthrop University and is a graduate of the McColl School of Business Coaching Program.
Alongside his professional career, Mark has spent decades serving faith-based organizations and the communities around them. He is passionate about supporting the work that helps individuals, families, and communities flourish. He describes himself as humble. He is a Christian who believes that living a life of loving concern for others is a life well lived.
Mark was drawn to ReEverything through Scott's vision for a new kind of nonprofit infrastructure — one that creates real sustainability for organizations doing amazing work for communities in East Charlotte and beyond.
